From 1981 to 1991 I was Associate Dean for Computing Services and Facilities School of Arts and Sciences, University of Pennsylvania From 1991 to 1996 I directed the Interactive Mathematics Text Project of the Mathematical Association of America For the past two years I have the project director of the Midatlantic Consortium for Mathematics and Its Applications Throughout the Curriculum I am an author (With David Hill) of Interactive Linear Algebra in Mathcad, Springer-Verlag, 1996 ISBN 0-387-94608 I have published and spoken widely about the use of computers in undergraduate mathematics instruction. I was the first chair of the MAA's Committee on Computers in Mathematics Education.
