NEEDS Evaluation Director: * Design and implementation of a prototype formative and summative evaluation system for NEEDS. This prototype will be tested on NEEDS and used with the test bed SMETE digital library. * Assess user's needs for the SMETE test-bed, and run user studies regarding the interface. A preliminary report of the findings from the needs assessment is available at www.smete.org. NISE CL-1 ILT fellow: * Collorate with team to develop website devoted to instructional technology and learning.
