Developer of calculus software. Developer of WWW materials for the teaching of calculus and other mathematics courses. Developing a coordinated Calculus - Physics web-based course. Given talks and workshops on the development of WWW materials for the teaching of mathematics. Organized with others several sessions and panel discussions at professional meetings on the use of the WWW in the teaching of mathematics. First director of the REU program at the University of Tennessee. Taught for five years in the Tennessee's Governor's School for the Sciences.
